Terms And Conditions

1) 標準項目
1.1 保修期限
不同類型冷氣機的保養期限已列於下列表格內。
 

1.2 責任承擔
海迅對於任何因產品不適當地使用或任何產品之故障、損壞或停頓而引致任何人士或財產的直接或間接損失及破壞,概不負責。
1.3 離島 / 偏遠地區 / 禁區客戶
離島/偏遠地區/禁區客戶如需保修服務,須支付出勤離島/偏遠地區/禁區服務附加費(東涌市中心除外)。若需要將產品送廠修理,客戶須自行將產品送往客戶服務中心或市區內,並於產品修妥後於同一地點取回。
 

2) 客戶須知
2.1 產品保用証
本公司產品保用証只適用於香港。在提供服務前,客戶需出示產品保用証及由香港經銷商發出的正式發票予技術員查閱。如客戶未能出示有效文件,則須繳付所需之維修費用。產品保用証上之產品型號必須與機身相符,產品保用証上之購買日期須與正式發票上的日期符合,方為有效。除本公司產品保用証外,任何商號及人士發出之保用証,均不為海迅認可。客戶須於購買日期起計10日內,在網上登記保用証或準確填妥產品保用登記及寄回海迅方為有效,否則本公司保留拒絕提供保修服務之權利。
 

2.2 現場工作環境
客戶須提供適當及安全的維修設備(如梯子、工作台、棚架、吊船等)予技術員以便進行檢查及維修,包括安裝在戶外或超過地面兩米之產品,否則客戶須支付由海迅提供的有關設備及安排的費用。
2.3 機身/批次編號
客戶不可擅自更改產品上的機身/批次編號,如發現產品上的機身/批次編號與產品保用証所列者不符,產品保用証則告無效。(如適用)
2.4 保修服務
除下列收費項目外,產品如發生故障,經服務中心證實乃在正常使用情況下發生者,服務中心將為保修有效期內的產品提供免費修理及更換零件,經更換後之任何損壞零件,將歸服務中心所有。
2.5 安裝地址
客戶如需更改地址或將產品易主必須盡早通知服務中心。
2.6 保養服務及延續計劃
本公司及/或服務中心可能通知貴客戶有關產品之保養服務及/或延續計劃。
2.7 最新推廣及優惠
本公司希望透過電郵、電話營銷或短訊與你保持聯繫,以提供有關電子、電器、保健、美容產品及家具等等最新推廣及優惠。
 

3) 收費項目
不同類型冷氣機的收費項目已列於下列表格內。


4) 中英對照
如中英文版本之條款及細則有差異時,應以中文版為準。
 

5)  決定版本
如網上條款及細則與產品 保修證 / 保用證 / 保修卡 / 保用登記卡 / 保修登記卡 / 保用登記表(如有)印刷版本有所不同,一切以網上版本為準。
 

6)  爭議
所有條款及細則如有任何更改,恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
 

7) 《合約(第三者)權利條例》(第623章)
產品保用証沒有賦予或意圖賦予任何第三者因《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第623章)所列之任何利益或權利以強制執行產品保修記錄卡的任何條款內容。

1) STANDARD TERMS 1.1 WARRANTY PERIOD List detail below table for different type air-conditioner. 1.2 LIABILITIES Klarwind shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any stoppage, breakdown or failure of the product. 1.3 OUTLYING ISLANDS / REMOTE AREA / RESTRICTED AREA CUSTOMERS Travelling surcharge will be levied if service is required at Hong Kong outlying islands, remote area or restricted area (excluding Tung Chung Town Centre). In case workshop repair service is needed, customer is responsible to deliver the product to our service centre or any place in urban area, and to pick up the repaired product from the same location. 2) CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 PRODUCT WARRANTY CARD The Company’s Product Warranty Card is valid only in Hong Kong. Customer is required to present Product Warranty Card together with the official purchase invoice issued by the dealers of Hong Kong to our technician for verification when service is required, otherwise repair service will be on chargeable basis. Product Warranty Card is valid only if the model number stated corresponds with that of the product and the date of purchase stated is the same with the date of official purchase invoice. Save and except our Product Warranty Card, any other warranty card issued by other parties will not be accepted by Klarwind. The Product Warranty Registration is valid only when all items on the Product Warranty Registration are properly filled in and mailed to Klarwind or completed online product warranty registration within 10 days from the date of purchase, otherwise the Company reserves the right to reject any warranty service request. 2.2 ON-SITE WORKING ENVIRONMENT Customer is required to provide necessary facilities and safety arrangement ( such as ladder, working platform, scaffolding, suspended working platform (gondola), etc.) for our technician to inspect and repair the product, including product installed in open area or at height exceeding 2 metres above floor level, otherwise customer is responsible for the charges incurred by Klarwind for arrangement of such access. 2.3 SERIAL / LOT NUMBER Customer shall not alter the serial / lot number of the product. The Product Warranty Card is void if the serial / lot number on the product does not match with that stated on the Product Warranty Card (if applicable). 2.4 WARRANTY SERVICE For any defect which in our opinion is caused under normal use, Klarwind will repair or replace the defective parts, excluding the chargeable items listed below, free of charge within the warranty period. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become the property of Klarwind. 2.5 LOCATION OF PRODUCT Customer should inform Klarwind promptly of any change of location or ownership of the product. 2.6 MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND EXTENDED MAINTENANCE SCHEME The Company and/or Klarwind may notify you about the maintenance service and/or extended maintenance scheme of the product. 2.7 LASTEST PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS The Company would like to communicate with you via email, phone, SMS, or App for latest promotions and offers in relation to electronics and electrical appliance, health and beauty, furniture and etc. 3. CHARGEABLE ITEMS List detail below table for different type air-conditioner. 4. ENGLISH / CHINESE VERSION In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 5. Governing Version The governing version of the Terms and Conditions is the online version and shall prevail when there is any inconsistency between the online version and the printed version on Guarantee Certificate/ Guarantee Registration Card/ Warranty Certificate/ Warranty Registration Card/ Warranty Card/ Guarantee Registration Form (if any). 6. Dispute All Terms and Conditions stated are subject to change without notice. The Company retains final deciding authority in case of dispute. 7. CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES) ORDINANCE (CAP. 623) Nothing in the Product Warranty Card confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit or any right pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term of the Product Warranty Card.

​Windows Type Air-conditioner

1) 標準項目
1.1 保修期限
海迅空調提供3年保修服務(並由發票上的購買日期起計)及於保修期後提供相關收費維修服務及/或保養計劃。保修服務/保養服務/維修服務只適用於香港地區。
 

3) 收費項目
下列項目並不包括於保修範圍內,客戶須另付所需的服務費用:
3.1修理或更換產品之機殼、按鈕、面板、面板貼紙、濾網、遙控器及附件。
3.2機殼除銹,髹漆、加工或更換。
3.3 安裝、拆卸、重新安裝或代運送產品
3.4曾被非服務中心的技術員明顯地或不明顯地進行改裝、更改或修理的產品。
3.5曾經被不適當或疏忽使用、不正常供電或電壓不正常、意外、天災或因昆蟲、外物、液體入侵、腐蝕或外來因素而造成損壞的產品。
3.6並非安裝在陸上固定地點的空調機。
3.7產品因未有按照廠方的安裝或使用指引而影響正常之操作或造成之損壞。
3.8機件之清洗、除污及除霉。清理去水喉淤塞、重新安裝或接駁去水喉。
3.9提供棚架、安全工作台或吊船作維修服務之用。如需使用吊船工作,本公司將向客戶收取吊船工作附加費用。
3.10裝拆任何妨礙產品維修工作之裝修或設施。
3.11非商業型號的產品,被用於商業或工業用途。

Warranty service/maintenance service/repair service is valid only in Hong Kong. 3. CHARGEABLE ITEMS Warranty service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required: 3.1 Repair or replacement of cabinet, switch knobs, control panel, top plate, label on top plate, filter, remote control or accessories of the product. 3.2 Rust removing, painting, modification or replacement of the cabinet. 3.3 Installation, removal, reinstallation or transportation of the product. 3.4 The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tempered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of Klarwind. 3.5 The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident, natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matters or liquid, corrosion or external factors. 3.6 The product is not a fixed installation on land. 3.7 The defect or fault is caused by reasons of not following the manufacturer’s instruction in the installation or operating manual. 3.8 The cleansing, dust removal and mould cleansing service of the product. The clearing of clogged drain pipes or reinstallation of drain pipes. 3.9 The provision of scaffolding, safety platform, suspended working platform (gondola) which is necessary for repair service. Additional surcharge will be applied to the customer for those repair work that requires suspended working platform (gondola). 3.10 Removal and/or reinstatement of any decorations or facilities hindering the service work of the product. 3.11 The domestic model of the product is used for industrial or commercial purpose.

Split Type Air-conditioner

1) 標準項目

1.1 保修期限

1.1 保修期限海迅空調提供2年保修服務(並由發票上的購買日期起計)及於保修

期後提供相關收費維修服務及/或保養計劃。保修服務/保養服務/維修服務只適用於香港地區。

3) 收費項目
下列項目並不包括於保修範圍內,客戶須另付所需的服務費用:
3.1修理或更換產品之機殼、按鈕、面板、面板貼紙及附件。
3.2機殼除銹,髹漆、加工或更換。
3.3曾被非服務中心的技術員明顯地或不明顯地進行改裝、更改或修理的產品。
3.4曾經被不適當或疏忽使用、不正常供電或電壓不正常、意外、天災或因昆蟲、外物、液體入侵、腐蝕或外來因素而造成損壞的產品。
3.5並非安裝在陸上固定地點的空調機。
3.6因產品不正確安裝而影響正常之操作。
3.7清洗機件及清理去水喉淤塞或重新安裝或接駁去水喉。
3.8因修理而需要搭建/拆卸棚架。
3.9裝拆任何妨礙產品維修工作之裝修或設施。
3.10非商業型號的產品,被用於商業或工業用途。

Additional charges shall be levied if services are required: 3.1 Repair or replacement of cabinet, switch knobs, control panel, top plate, label on top plate or accessories of the product. 3.2 Rust removing, painting, modification or replacement of the cabinet. 3.3 The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tempered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of Klarwind. 3.4 The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident, natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matters or liquid, corrosion or external factors. 3.5 The product is not a fixed installation on land. 3.6 The normal operation of the product is affected by improper installation of the product. 3.7 The cleansing of the parts, clearing of clogged drain pipes or reinstallation of drain pipes. 3.8 The construction/removal of scaffolding deem necessary to service the unit. 3.9 Removal and/or reinstatement of any decorations or facilities hindering the service work of the product. 3.10 The domestic model of the product is used for industrial or commercial purpose..

Commercial Cassette Type Air-conditioner

1) 標準項目

1.1 保修期限
